We are seeking to hire an Administrator/ Bookkeeper for our Kinsale, Co. Cork office.
Main Responsibilities:
Database management.
Client Invoicing & Collection.
Diary management.
Audio transcription.
Data entry input
General day to day office support work.
Processing of Payroll for a variety of clients.
Processing and submission of VAT returns.
Keeping up to date with latest regulations, government subsidies, supports etc.
