We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Development Associate to join Needham Coding Ireland Limited (NCIL), a leading distributor of industrial inks and supplier of laser and coding technologies.

For us, this role is critical.  This role is responsible for working with the Managing Director to devise, develop an ongoing review of the Sales strategy for Needham Coding Ireland Limited. It will also involve contacting existing/new clients and warm prospects to update information and provide leads to the Managing Director.

Your role:

  • Use your communication skills to engage in conversation with existing/new clients and prospects and generate leads over the telephone and with the use of Hub Spot CRM
  • Work with the Managing Director converting leads to sales.
  • Assist the Managing Director with the formulation of the sales strategy inbound and outbound that encourages company growth and new opportunities.
  • Ability to understand the product ranges and how they can solve existing and new customers issues
  • Having a deep understanding of the products and services that Needham Coding supply is essential in order that we can provide information to prospects regarding the products and services available to them.
  • Establish prospects/customer needs and explore any plans to upgrade/see other solutions.
  • Field data capture – the ability to look at the market with a 3rd eye to identify possible gaps and new opportunities in the market to generate leads and revenue.
  • Be able to record information accurately and efficiently on to the sales platform (Hubspot CRM).
  • Confirm and update prospects client details to ensure accurate record maintenance.
  • Conduct market research to align the Sales strategy with opportunities and possibilities.

  • Good knowledge of relevant software (e.g. Hubspot CRM) and telephone systems would be advantageous.
  • IT Systems - Word, Excel, Outlook, internet required
