We are an Irish and UK-based firm specializing exclusively in the provision of litigation and legal finance to law firms.
We are looking for a candidate to act as office manager of a small team and take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the Irish office / company. We require the candidate to coordinate all aspects from project management, IT management, employee management and to primarily assist with the development and maintaining of client law firm relationships through to the drawdown stage of funding and beyond. We require someone who is comfortable in speaking and presenting at high level meetings.
Key responsibilities are as follows:
To implement and manage processes, budgets and ensure all administration is kept up to date.
Monitoring projects and working to deadlines.
To actively manage and support the utilisation request process from existing Panel Law Firms.
To ensure that key Law Firm relationships are maintained and developed further by the relevant people, resulting in increased volumes of business.
To oversee the onboarding and integration process of new Panel Law Firms from application and onboarding through to IT and going live, including training and visits where required.
To have good record keeping and administration skills
To manage any suppliers, query invoices when necessary, oversee all absence management for the Irish contingent and keep general good housekeeping of all files.
To actively promote the services of the company within the industry and assist with marketing ideas.
The potential to exhibit at trade events may be required.
To work on ad hoc projects within the business should they arise.
To have good IT skills.
To have good communications skills and a strong ability to plan project activities.
To deliver to deadlines and work off own initiative.
To demonstrate adaptability when required.
