    • Stock Control Management (Sage 200)
    • Customer quotes and tenders
    • Customer order processing, payments and despatch
    • Purchase Order Processing
  • Logistics
    • Goods In / Goods Out
    • Haulage Ex Holland / Ex UK
  • CRM
    • Maintain Customer Database

Personal requirements:

  • 3rd level business qualification an advantage
  • 5 years + experience in office & administration
  • Advanced Office Applications skills ie Excel, Outlook etc
  • Sage 200 Professional
  • Ability to prioritise, multitask and work under pressure
  • Excellent organisation skills and telephone manner
  • Maintain high standards & attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Motivated, hardworking & ability to work on own initiative
