30 hour Contract

 

We are seeking to hire an experienced baker to join our family-run bakery team.

Rosaleen’s Kitchen is a dedicated gluten free artisan bakery based in Westmeath. We are a Freefrom Gold Award-Winning bakery that strives for excellence in our products. Our goal is to change perceptions of gluten free food one bake at a time.

The Gluten Free Industry is ever growing, and our team is expanding. We are excited to welcome a new team member on board.

The role would suit somebody who is organised, driven, energetic, highly motivated and has a strong attention to detail.

Role involves manual handling. In-house training for successful candidate.

Duties will include:

  • Ensure the Bakery operates efficiently and effectively at all times
  • Ensure each product is prepared and baked to company standards
  • Bake, prepare, cool and box the Bakery Products
  • HACCP

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Be able to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
  • Experience with commercial kitchen equipment.
  • Live within commuting distance/ Driver’s License 
  • Have good knowledge of HACCP procedures (HACCP Certification) and Food Safety regulations.
