Idaso (Innovative Data Solutions) is a pioneer in the area of services and software driven data analysis, supported by computer vision & machine learning technology.

Predominantly supporting the Traffic & Transportation analysis industries to date, IDASO have developed a suite of software services and platform to collect, process, analyze and store up to date and real-time crucial data for their clients in a more effective streamlined manner.

Idaso is seeking to grow its Digital Products business in key markets. We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals to drive sales, marketing, business development and account management within their respective region.

In addition to selling Digital Products, you will help improve customer experience by capturing requirements and helping the software development team continually improve the value proposition.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work remotely.



Education requirements

M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Business, Information Technology, Civil Engineering, or related field.



Your role

  • Implement the sales strategy and manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract execution, targeting potential new clients.
  • Create deep partnerships and relationships with existing and new professional services clients.
  • Create and maintain internal sales activity planning, reports and CRM for each segment of our target market.
  • Liaise with the software development team to ensure the smooth delivery of value-added services for clients and to maintain and prioritise the roadmaps.
  • Continuously evaluate and propose improvements in the current sales process and drive change.
  • Work closely with the cross-functional leaders to communicate our value proposition and drive growth.
  • Participate in and contribute to relevant industry activities, including conferences, external events and meetups.
  • Stay informed on relevant industry trends to recognise client’s and partner’s pain points and share with the management team.
  • Define and drive marketing and GTM campaigns.

  • Strong influencing skills, with experience coordinating local and remote teams
  • A strong team player with excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural skills

  • A “can-do” and agile mindset where you thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent English

  • Good track record in selling SW and SW development activities
  • Business knowledge and key contacts in any of the civil engineering sector
  • Experience of working in the areas of traffic and transportation engineering
