Software Engineer

Summary of position

The Software Engineer will be part of the development team responsible for supporting and enhancing software products developed by IDASO that are being used nationwide and abroad.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work in an environment where you are always staying in the loop of software development life cycle, starting from initial product design, directly interacting with the clients, bringing their ideas to life and seeing your results help multitude of people in their day to day jobs.

Duties and responsibilities

• Design and implement backend and frontend applications
• Interacting with the clients directly, collecting their requirements and feedback
• Working in a team with other developers, bringing your own perspective for any given problem, to create state of the art solutions.
• Being able to lead the development of new features and products as well as support existing products.
• Maintain a high standard of code and design documentation
• Adapt quickly and effectively to change

Qualification and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience as a software engineer
• You can develop frontends using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6)
• You can build backends with JavaScript in Node.js
• You have worked with Angular 8+ framework
• You’re comfortable working on applications with SQL and NoSQL databases
• You know Git version control
