Job Description

Due to ongoing expansion, we are looking to fill the following job vacancy:

 

Part time Office and Shop Sales Assistant

You will be responsible for general office and shop store duties as required.

Responsibilities and skills required for the role include:

  • Answering calls and dealing with general customer queries
  • Daily cashing up and processing bank lodgements
  • Processing wages and helping with HR queries
  • Accounts Payable duties – processing supplier invoices and reconciling supplier accounts
  • Accounts Receivable duties – calling and emailing customers and processing customer payments.
  • Stocking shop and keeping store and office tidy
  • Previous experience in a busy office environment an advantage
  • Strong IT skills and use of Microsoft word, excel, outlook and Collsoft an advantage
