Job Description

Opening for a Medical Secretary/Receptionist required for a full-time permanent position.

To work in a fully computerised, very busy practice, alongside a large group of colleagues in a welcoming & friendly environment. Due to an expansion of the practice we are seeking extra administration staff to work with our existing team.

The Role: 

  • Greeting Clients
  • Handling Telephone & Email Queries
  • Booking Appointments
  • Ensuring the smooth day to day running of the clinic
  • Cash Handling
  • Scanning & Filing
  • Carrying Out Requests From Management as needed
  • General Administration Duties

Requirements: 

  • A reliable individual with strong understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
  • Excellent organisational & communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft & Excel.
  • Knowledge of Socrates Software would be a distinct advantage but not essential.
  • Administration experience would be very beneficial
