Job Description

Contract Duration: Maternity Cover, Full-Time Hours

 

Job Purpose: The HR Administrator will provide a high level of administrative support to the HR Department. They will be responsible for supporting the initiatives of the HR function with responsibility for the implementation and delivery of the day to day HR operations involving recruitment, training, health & safety and employee communications.

 

Key Responsibilities include:

  • On-boarding and Recruitment of new staff
  • Maintaining and creating all personnel files.
  • Drafting job descriptions and core competencies
  • Daily Absenteeism and Annual Leave Management
  • Health and Safety Duties
  • Co – ordinating staff events and well-being initiatives
  • HR Assistance for all Advant Medical sites
  • Administration for all training
  • Employee Communications
  • Employee Time and Attendance System Maintenance

 

Education Requirements:

  • Educated to degree or diploma level essential
  • CIPD qualification or similar recognised HR qualification advantageous

 

Core Competencies:

  • Good organisational skills required
  • Excellent presentation skills required as part of overall
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required
  • Proficiency in computer applications necessary
