Serchek's Approach - Engineering Careers
The world of work is changing fast and at Serchek we are adapting our employment model to accommodate the job requirements of suitably experienced and qualified Engineering candidates (and their families).
We also understand that candidates may not be open to new job opportunities, all of the time. So we may need to bide our time until you are ready to make your move. Meanwhile, there is no harm at all in you expressing your interest in working with us so that we can explore options for when you do come to join us in the future.
Established in 2001, Serchek Industrial Ireland has developed a thriving engineering service covering the whole country from our central base in Mullingar. We receive countless technical requests from customers across the sector, however we have prioritised Industrial Doors and Loading bays as the main focus of our marketing activities. We work closely with a carefully selected range of suppliers and manufacturers to provide the best solutions to customers.
Serchek carries out installations, servicing and break-down repairs on Industrial and commercial equipment such as Sectional overhead doors, Dock levelers, retractable dock shelters, Automatic sliding doors, Automatic gates and Traffic Barriers.
We also provide highly rated independent consultancy and advice to our customers who greatly value our no nonsense cost effective approach.
In recent years the company has been working to a program of modernisation and process management improvement such as lean. Arising from this, there are now vastly improved employment prospects and opportunities as we build out our engineering team. We also plan to implement quality standards such as ISO. 18001 in the medium term.
Serchek engineers, specifies, modifies and customises door solutions to meet the specific requirements of our customers. We have established a reputation in the Irish market as one of the main “go-to” providers of industrial doors, based on our technical knowledge of door solutions, our relationships with our manufacturers and our emphasis on providing the best, not necessarily the most expensive, door products available.
