A Senior Chef De Partie is required for busy 50-seater restaurant at 9 Oliver Plunkett Street, Mullingar, Co Westmeath.
The successful candidate will be responsible for menu planning, stock control, food hygiene, and cooking of Mediterranean and North African cuisine. The candidate is required to have at least 2 years experience in quality focused restaurant with a similar capacity.
