Reporting to the Managing Director, the Account Manager will play a central role in the growth of the INET Computer Solutions business in Ireland.
A Key deliverable will be the systematic contacting of our existing customer base ensuring that all of the services that they receive from INET are reviewed and where necessary their service is updated to reflect their true requirements to give the best customer experience as well as supporting our customers with a any further needs they may have. The role will be deemed successful by contract renewals, upsell rates and low attrition of our customer base.
INET Computer Solutions was founded in 2004 with the aim of providing in house technical support for clients in the SME sector who don't have the skills or resources to manage their own IT strategy and systems.
We offer consultancy, system integration, followed by managed services, believing that provision of the complete solutions ensures good products and service throughout the life of an IT solution delivering a return on investment for our client’s IT investment.
We are in the business of solving problems. We do this by supplying and implementing tailored solutions using skilled manpower. In summary we are outsourced Information Technology skills for small to medium businesses - A Virtual IT Department. We listen to the needs of our clients and help them by informing and delivering suitable IT solutions. This has ensured proof of our continuing success and growth.
In 2018 we fitted out new purpose-built offices to facilitate our growth in Forest Park Mullingar Co. Westmeath to further serve clients throughout Ireland and in the UK.
