We design, fabricate and install high quality CE-certified bespoke products in steel, stainless steel, composite polymers and aluminum in the Republic of Ireland and United Kingdom.

We are seeking an experienced Stores Manager with knowledge of MRP systems, Lean principles, Steel Profiles and Grades.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Goods inwards procedure
• Yard layout planning and optimisation
• Assign and track batch numbers through our ERP system
• Identify slow moving items and prioritise for rotation 
• Coordinate activities with design team to help shorten stock rotation cycles
• Allocate planned stock quantities / batches to works orders
• Ensure cut quantities correspond with planned / allocated quantities
• Ensure returns / off-cuts are properly stored and accounted for
• Conduct visual inspection of completed fabrications to ensure all material used is accounted for 
• Manage stock levels of consumables and fixings
• Plan, prepare and fulfill requisition orders of consumables and fixings for site crews in good time
• Miscellaneous duties as required by management for smooth operation

Personal Profile

• Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role.
• The ideal candidate will enjoy learning and taking on new challenges and responsibility.
• The ideal candidate will be extremely detail oriented and motivated to produce highly accurate work.
• The ability to work on one’s own initiative and respect filing deadlines and quality acceptance criteria is essential.
