Newbrook Lodge Nursing Home has a vacancy for a full-time Clinical Administrator. We need someone experienced in office and/or reception work.
You will be working directly for the Director of Nursing as well as undertaking all general administration duties.
Also, you will deal with queries from staff and liaise with the payroll department as necessary. Plus all the usual tasks involved with the smooth running of an office - maintaining and ordering stationery stocks, filing, photocopying, scanning, printing, binding documents, liaising with head office staff.
You will also be interacting regularly with the residents and we are therefore looking for someone with a patient, sensitive and caring nature who is interested in working in the care of the elderly environment.
This position needs someone who is·
· extremely accurate
· proficient in Microsoft 365 – Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
· genuinely able to multitask
· stay calm under pressure
· has excellent communication skills
