Part-TIme Receptionist/Accounts Assistant

A vacancy has arisen for a part-time office assistant in a busy Mullingar based office.

You will be responsible for general office duties as required within a busy, media organisation.

Responsibilities and skills required for the role include:

  • Daily cashing up and processing bank lodgements
  • Processing month-end statements
  • Daily inputting of data to various software programmes 
  • Answering calls and dealing with general customer queries
  • Responding to emails in a timely and efficient manner
  • Processing bookings and helping with sales enquiries
  • Previous experience in a busy office environment an advantage
  • Strong IT, Communication Skills and use of Microsoft Excel required
  • Must be capable of working under pressure and ability to meet deadlines
  • Must have basic book-keeping knowledge 
  • Other duties as required

Fluent English, both written and spoken is necessary.
