Digital Marketing Personnel

At Strikebox, the Marketing and developing of our business begins with people, so we are looking for a customer-centric person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Digital Marketing activities as well as a creative mindset for helping us remain fresh and competitive. The candidate will be expected to prepare and present ideas and deliverables on a regular basis, and to research market trends and industry data.

The role has the potential to suit at Graduate level.

Job Description:

• Managing company website (including all images, tools, and content).
• Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising.
• Managing metrics such as Google Analytics.
• Overseeing management of all digital channels (including updates, design, and user experience).
• Strategising and overseeing social media presence across all channels.
• Creating, maintaining, and implementing digital marketing and editorial calendars in collaboration with the team.
• Delivering effective, cohesive, and engaging brand messaging.
• Updating company blog, e-newsletter, and social media (including regular posts, news, job listings, etc.) and overall management.
• Managing and maintaining our CRM System and its sales processes.
• Contribute to lead-generation and customer-acquisition activities, such as Email Marketing, networking, including attendance at trade shows, and events.
• Meet with clients.
• Measuring, reporting and recommending on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
• Partnering with advertising and media specialists to increase marketing results when necessary.
