As the Office Administrator you will be required to provide bookkeeping and VAT services to a number of clients and will also ensure the efficient running of the office, including answering calls and dealing with general client queries. You will be joining a small and friendly team who work closely together.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
· Previous experience in bookkeeping and VAT return processing.
· Relevant knowledge of VAT, RCT and PAYE taxes and experience in preparing VAT3 and RCT returns. Filing returns for LPT & RTB registration would be an advantage.
· Experience in using accounting and business IT applications – in particular, Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
· Ability to work as part of a small team as well as work on own initiative
