Making outgoing calls to generate Sales
This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity to join our Customer Service/Telesales Department in a busy office environment where you will work as part of a dedicated team.
The role involves dealing with our large customer base on a daily basis, placing orders, answering customer queries and offering advice on new systems and products. You will also use our CRM & marketing tools to help our clients grow their business through our unique and innovative labels and systems.
The ideal candidate will be articulate with an excellent phone manner and have the ability to build strong and lasting relationships with our valued customers.Some sales experience will be desirable, but full training will be given.
A self-starter who can show initiative and work well as part of a dedicated team or on their own. Ideally the candidate should have a least 3 years’ experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate an ability to deal with customers at all levels.
ECDL and Microsoft qualifications are a prerequisite for this position. A qualification in marketing would also be a distinct advantage though not essential.
Salary and bonus system. This will be contingent on qualifications and relevant experience.
