Receptionist/Office Administrator required for accountancy office in Mullingar.
Damien Hannigan & Co provide services for small and medium businesses in the areas of accounting, taxation, business advisory, payroll, bookkeeping and succession planning to clients in a wide range of business sectors.
As the Office Administrator, you will be required to:
o ensure the efficient running of the office, including answering calls and dealing with general client queries,
o carry out general administration, and other ad-hoc work as required from time to time.
You will be joining a small and friendly team who work closely together.
Flexible working hours available.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
· Experience in using accounting and business IT applications – in particular, Excel and Word.
· Discretion and understanding of confidentiality.
Ability to work as part of a small team as well as work on own initiative.
