Job Description

Seeking s Strong Business Development Manager for a top utilities provider and top place to work in Ireland. Opportunity to make a top 6 figure package in this field based role. Ideally you will have a network in property development or local authorities.

This is a field-based role is responsible for key client acquisition. The successful candidate will establish relationships with key decision makers and progress sales opportunities from direct lead generation through to close and completion.

Responsibilities:

• To negotiate and successfully close sales opportunities to meet and exceed agreed sales targets within the target markets agreed by the Head of B2B Sales and Board of Directors.

• To develop and build long-term professional customer relationships and existing, new, and potential clients.

• Maintain excellent relationships and after sales support to build mutual confidence in line with the agreed business strategy.

• To identify and build a long-term active pipeline, exploring both existing markets and targeting new market opportunities.

• Take complete ownership of, develop, and deliver exceptional sales and tender documents and presentations, in line with Company standards.

• Keep up to date with industry developments, maintaining awareness of competitor and clients activity and market trends.

• Liaise regularly with the Head of B2B Sales to ensure they are fully updated on all sales activities and potential new business opportunities.

• Ensure that appropriate signoffs are adhered to when considering new business opportunities with our operational team. Essential Skills & Sills to Succeed

Your experience

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in B2B Sales role within a high growth organisation

• Knowledge of residential property market desirable

• Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills.

• Proven track record in delivering against targets/deadlines.

• Results-driven, goal-oriented with strong hunting mentality

• Proactive, self-starter who enjoys having accountability and ownership.

• Commercially focused with a solid grasp of marketing strategies and business objectives.
