Job Description

We are internationally approved to Design, Manufacture, Install, Service & Commission to all standards & have experience in Fire Sprinkler Protection, Foam enhanced Fire Protection, Gas Protection, Firewater Mist Protection, Insert Gas Protection & Special Hazard Fire Protection.
It is a very exciting time to join the Writech Group! With the recent opening of our state of the art Design & Innovation Centre we are looking for enthusiastic graduates who are interested in building a career in the Fire Protection Industry. This entry level role will initially undergo training in the Design of systems and then grow to oversee contract installation of Fire suppression systems for our high profile client base. This is a very busy environment and perfect for a person requiring a challenge and who is willing to learn. This position is demanding with a large cross section of responsibilities.
The Role: Initially the successful candidate will have the duties and responsibilities as detailed below, however will progress into a more contract supervision role. Further training and industry examinations will be required and all required training is provided.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Creating, adjusting and updating ACAD drawings
· Creating Hydraulic Calculations using industry approved software
· Creating O&M Manuals
· Planning project programs/scheduling
· Preparing submittals
· Pricing supplier parts for quotations
· Liaise with customers on site to arrange services and extra works
· Ordering of parts
Ideal Candidate:
· Organised and accurate
· Dedicated and hardworking
· Enjoys meeting targets and deadlines
· Enjoys a busy environment
· Enjoys working with ACAD and 3D design packages
· Complete day to day tasks with little supervision
· Enjoys working on his/her own initiative
· Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
Requirements:
· Strong analytical and technical skills
· Must have at least 12 months experience in a similar role
· Fluent in English is a requirement for this role
· Revit and ACAD experience
· Ability to communicate effectively with customers and represent the company
· Ability to work under pressure, to project deadlines, whilst maintaining adherence to process disciplines
· Relevant third level qualification (eg: Project Management, Engineering discipline) or equivalent experience as a Project engineer on Mechanical / Electrical projects
· Full Driving License
