Project Quality Control Manager

My client is a leading engineering and construction group with a wide range of ongoing projects both nationally and internationally. Projects are typically within the industrial, pharma, data centre and commercial sectors and can range from €5M-€80M in value.

The company has identified a new role within their organisation for a Project Quality Control Manager, reporting directly and assisting the Group Quality Manager. The ideal candidate can come from a Mechanical, Electrical or Construction related Engineering background with a proven track record in Quality Control and Assurance with recognised qualifications.

You will be tasked with communicating the company quality policy on site as well as;

• reporting and recommending areas for improvement on quality performance
• Prepare and deliver project specific / discipline inductions on the project.
• Implement a Benchmark program and monitor installations against it.
• Conduct / participate in project quality compliance audit programs
• Manage and report all construction punch/snag list items.
• Conduct inspection, snag walk downs 
• Produce weekly / monthly reports to the Quality leadership as applicable e.g. weekly report, NCR status, audit reports
• Coordinate all project Quality manpower resources ensuring the quality resource needs are adequately managed.

This will suit an individual with strong attention to detail and a personable approach who will encourage a buy in from all on site.
