We are looking for Recruitment Consultants at all levels to join DB Recruitment and help build out desks on either the IT or Finance side. This will be a 360 role that will involve both sourcing and business development. We will also consider graduates or candidates with a sales background who are highly motivated.
Key Responsibilities:
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients to fully understand their recruitment needs according to the job description
• Identifying and approaching potential candidates through various methods including job boards, networking, and referrals
• Interviewing and screening candidates to ensure they match the requirements of the job they are being considered for
• Regularly updating clients on the progress of their recruitment campaigns and providing insight into the current job market
• Negotiating salaries and contracts with clients and candidates
• Managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing through to offer acceptance
• Developing new business opportunities by networking, making sales presentations, and attending industry events
• Keeping up to date with market trends and adapting recruitment strategies accordingly
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client and candidate records on the agency's system.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• A proven track record in recruitment, sales, business development or client relationship management
• An understanding of the recruitment process, including sourcing techniques, interviewing skills, candidate assessment, and selection methods
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Great organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of team
• Passionate about providing a high level of customer service to both clients and candidates
