Job Description
My client is a mid sized Building Services Contractor offering Mainly Electrical installation services but also with a growing mechanical and building fitout capability. They work directly with end clients in the Pharma, industrial and commercial sectors, delivering complex and high value projects.
They are currently recruiting for an Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Based in the Head Office in the Midlands you will be required to provide day to day commercial leadership and advice on a variety of projects. You will report directly to the Commercial Director and have an excellent relationship with on site project managers and engineers as they will be your eyes and ears on site. You will be required to visit site regularly and maintain an excellent working relationship with sub contractors and clients alike.
Duties will be typical of a busy QS and you will have a strong personality with equivalent business acumen. Knowledge of Electrical Contracting is essential.
