Role Overview
The Business Development Manager at Strikebox Engineering plays a critical role in driving the company’s growth and expanding its market presence. This individual is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and promoting Strikebox Engineering’s products and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the bioprocessing sector, strong business acumen, and a passion for innovative technology.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Market Research and Analysis
    - Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential customers and new market opportunities in the bioprocessing sector.
    - Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform strategic business decisions.
  2.  Sales and Business Development
    - Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.

    - Build and nurture strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  3.  Product Promotion and Presentation

    - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the unique features and advantages of our offerings.
  4.  Strategic Partnerships

    - Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to maximize mutual benefits and drive business growth.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Biotechnology, Marketing Innovation & Technology or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.

 - Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the bioprocessing or biotechnology sector.
