Site Manager

My client is a leading MEP Contractor and Engineering Group with a presence across Ireland, the UK and Europe. They are currently recruiting for a CSA Site Manager for an ongoing project in Kildare.

The ideal candidate will come from a Main Contracting/ General Contracting background with a Construction Management or relevant trade qualification

You will be required to lead the site activities for all related works including external civils and structural works, internal builders packages and fit out related trades. You will do this reporting to the overall project director and liaising with Mechanical & Electrical leads.

Duties will include;

• Site setup
• Supervision of trade subcontractors
• Liaise with our client in co-ordination between building and services
• Work closely with other supervisors to ensure effective co-ordination between M&E  & CSA services.
• Integrate with other internal and external supervisors to ensure cross co-ordination of trades and installation processes.
• Ordering and tracking to site of any relevant materials and hire equipment 
• Maintaining a site diary for works carried out
• Progress reports and communication with commercial teams on extra works & variations
• Subcontract and labour performance reviews

This is a permanent role with a growing contractor with substantial workload ahead.
