Job Description

This role will involve, :

  • File management including scanning, filing, archiving etc.
  • Document Management System – open new files and maintain existing files.
  • Liaising with clients.
  • General office duties to include reception and telephone duties
  •  Role also involves the ability to multitask and have a strong attention to detail. 

There is an opportunity to develop and upgrade your skills for the right candidate with ongoing training and support of further qualifications.

The Candidate:

  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be self-motivated with a high level of organisational and analytical skills
  • Have excellent English, written and spoken
  • Have a good telephone manner and a willingness to help others
  • Have excellent IT skills with competency utilising email, internet, MS word, excel.
  • Be competent at managing, organising and maintaining electronic and paper filing system.
  • Ability to prioritise your workload and work to deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task  whilst also maintaining accuracy.
  •  A high level of integrity and trust with confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  •  Reliable and flexible to the needs of the role / business.
