Technical Trade Counter Assistant

We currently have a vacancy for a Trade Counter Assistant interested in working in a technical trade environment.

While relevant experience would be a distinct advantage, candidates will primarily have a strong interest in the supply of specialist technical parts. So this could be from a different sector but will have all the same trouble-shooting type solutions – from being able to listen to the customer’s descriptions to attention to detail, to researching parts online.

Requirements

•     Parts experience ideally

•     Some knowledge of the Intact parts system or similar

•     Competence in Digital / online applications essential

•     Customer Service orientation essential

•     Full clean drivers’ licence – an advantage

Hours - Mon - Fri  9:00am - 6:00pm 

Some flexibility to work up to 4 hours on Saturday in lieu of normal office hours
