Overview
Force Recruitment have partnered with a long standing food production company in Kildare, to hire a Maintenance Technician on a full time permanent basis. The main function of the Maintenance Technician is to deliver a high-quality maintenance service to the state of the art production facility.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Carrying out preventative maintenance
- Electrical and Mechanical trouble-shooting
- Monitoring line performance and taking action if performance drops
- Dealing with equipment suppliers and working to install new equipment or make any modifications required
- Using and updating the maintenance management system
- Following breakdown procedures
- Adhering to all Health & Safety and food safety guidelines
What do you need?
- A Trade qualification
- A Mechanical/Electrical background
- Previous experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of high-speed mechanical, electrical & automation systems
- Strong problem solving skills
