Responsibilities:
Groove to the beat of patient care plans outlined by their doctor.
Rock the charts with accurate monitoring and recording of patient observations.
Keep the records spinning for Residents' care, making sure every note is on point.
Be the stage manager for care planning needs, ensuring everyone is in sync.
Rock out with risk assessments, always staying one step ahead.
Jam with the healthcare team to coordinate and consult for the ultimate performance.
Take the lead and help our less experienced nursing stars shine.
Make sure patients' diet and exercise routines hit all the high notes.
Keep your skills sharp with ongoing education and licensing requirements.
Report any unexpected twists and turns during each shift, because in healthcare, the show must go on!
Requirements:
Membership in the NMBI register – you've got to be on the guest list.
Excellent communication skills – because great performances require great communication.
Ability to work solo while still rocking the team spirit.
Time management skills that would make any rockstar jealous.
A passion for delivering the best customer service in town.
