Role/ Job Title: Customer Support Coordinator
Reporting to: Customer Relationship Manager
Location: On-Site/ Mullingar
Core Duties & Responsibilities
Service Support & Administration
- Liaise with service personnel regarding client requirements, daily/ weekly service schedules etc.
- Update the CRM system in a timely and efficient manner regarding calls completed, outstanding actions (e.g. ordering parts)
- Raise and issue invoices to customers accordingly and support queries arising regarding same
- Draft and issue quotations & invoicing to customers as required.
- Submit Invoicing/Receipts Report to the Accounts Team at the end of each month.
- Support the administrative aspects of the customer training programme.
- Support the Customer Relationship Manager with projects as they arise.
- Meet weekly with the Senior Manager to discuss Service Reports
Health & Safety
- Support Service team and contractors with Health & Safety Documentation for Customer Site Access
Other
- Support the business (for example, the Finance & Administration team) with any additional administration duties as might be required from time to time.
- Other duties as may be required and with due regard to your skills and experience.
General Duties
- Act courteously and communicate effectively with all those whom you come into contact with during the course of employment including colleagues, customers, suppliers, contractors, visitors.
- Foster and develop good customer and public relations at all times and portray a professional image of the Company at all times.
- Report for work in a timely manner and conduct work as scheduled to both Company and customer satisfaction.
- Work within the instructions and procedures of the Company’s systems as directed by your manager/ other management as appropriate.

- Act diligently and professionally in the interest of the Company.
- Report any personal circumstances affecting/ impacting your ability to legally perform your duties.
