Position: Bookkeeper
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee weekly payroll for all five units, ensuring timely and accurate payment to our valued staff.
Conduct regular bank reconciliations to monitor and verify our financial transactions.
Efficiently manage accounts, ensuring that all financial statements and records are accurate and up-to-date.
Handle and process payments with punctuality and precision.
Collaborate closely with our management team to provide financial insights and regular updates.
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
Proficient in Xero accounting software.
Previous experience in bookkeeping or a similar financial role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
