Trend Technologies are seeking Apprentice Toolmakers.
A Toolmaker is a skilled worker who produces and maintains precision tools used in the production of metal, plastic and other materials of all shapes and sizes. Care, attention to detail and high precision are the hallmark of toolmaking.
The role of the Apprentice Toolmaker in Trend Technologies Mullingar is to assist the qualified toolmakers with the maintenance and repair of all moulds, jigs and fixtures in operation at Trend Technologies. The person will work under the direct supervision of a qualified toolmaker and report to the Toolroom Manager. The apprentice will also fulfil all the requirements/block release training modules as directed by SOLAS in order to achieve fully qualified status.
