Job Description
Our client, a leading Electrical & Mechanical Engineering contractor are looking to hire a Data Centre Maintenance Technician for their Dublin based projects.
Your responsibilities will include;
- Carrying out complex maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems
- Troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems including
- State Point Liquid Cooling Units
- Fan Coil Wall Units
- Air Handling Unit’s
- Makeup Air Units
- Air Conditioning Units
- Pumps & Motors
- Building Automation Systems
- Completing all engineering records on our computer-based maintenance systems
Skills and Requirements
- Multi skilled tradesman with a mechanical or electrical background
- Experience of critical HVAC plant, Equipment and systems such as Building Management and Controls systems
- Minimum 5 years post apprenticeship experience in service and repair in all aspects of HVAC plant.
- An ability to solve problems through root-cause analysis in a complex, sensitive environment.
- A positive outlook, eager to learn, and a desire to progress their career.
- Excellent communication skills and a pleasant personality with the ability to work individually as well as a part of a team.
- The ability to start and develop excellent relationships with clients.
