Job Description

We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join our team and to act as a point of contact and link between employees and customers. The ideal candidate will handle clerical and administrative duties, analyze and improve office processes and policies, and ensure that the office operates smoothly.

Administrative Coordinator Responsibilities:

The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for the general operation of our office.

  • Duties will involve answering incoming phone calls, purchasing office supplies and taking proper inventory, and supervising our office staff to ensure maximum productivity.
  • You will also analyze office processes and policies, develop creative solutions to problems.
  • Ensuring that the office is well-maintained, organized, and secure.
  • Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing job schedules.
  • Developing and implementing new policies and processes for in all areas, particularly Health & Safety.
  • Marketing.

Administrative Coordinator Requirements:

  • Experience in administrative support field.
  • Professional appearance and courteous manner.
  • Clear, polite phone voice.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with office technology and equipment, including printers and computers.
  • Creativity and strong problem solving skills.
  • Solid presentation skills.
  • Solid time-management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Basic math skills and understanding of basic financial concepts.
  • A good Knowledge of Health & Safety.
