Job Description

In this role you will be working closely with the Managing Director to devise and develop an ongoing review of the Sales & Marketing Strategy for Needham Tech Ireland. This will take the format of the below responsibilities. All of the below duties form part of the role. However, the role may grow over time and you could be asked to take on additional responsibilities as this role develops.

Lead Generation

  •  Work with MD to agree target markets and marketing strategies on a monthly basis.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and other strategic methods.
  • Create a list of qualified target leads within our CRM system HubSpot and Sales Navigator.
  • Initiate contact with potential clients to establish rapport, present our products/services.
  • Using the KPI’s set by MD book face to face qualified meetings for the MD with new clients.
  • Use LinkedIn & other tools to access correct people within target companies.

Sales & Marketing Development

  •  Research target companies and source main purchasing contact within these companies.
  • Record your outreach on our inhouse CRM system Hubspot.
  • Develop your knowledge of our products and applications to enable you to create confident connections with potential customers.
  • Qualify inbound leads.
  • Create quotes when required on our inhouse system Proposify.

Other Areas:

  •  Knowledge building to constantly have an overview on the market and watch for new areas where potential could lie for our products.
  • Playing an active role within the Needham Tech team you will be required to attend the weekly sales & marketing meeting to maintaining focus on your element of the business to enable envisaged growth for 2024.
  • This role is being advertised as both Full and Part-time. It may be a role that is suitable for someone looking to return to work after a break from the paid work place and wishes to return on a mornings only basis. All salary will be on a pro rata basis in a part-time role.
  • This Role is office based in Mullingar, Co.Westmeath

 

KEY Competencies

Sales and Marketing degree ( or time worked in similar roles) Administration with a willing to learn and an interest in forwarding thinking marketing campaigns Previous use of a CRM system
