Freelance B2B Lead Generator – Part-time/flexible 4 to 16 hours per week.

Due to our continued growth Midland Jobs Ltd. would like to leverage the strong demand for our services by expanding our lead generation and sales operations.

Over the coming months, we will have several opportunities for talented Lead Generation Agents to work with us on a self-employed, work-from-home basis.

Affordable recruitment services are in high demand – we’re confident the right people in these roles will achieve their business potential.

The Job

Research and Contact Midlands Companies that may have current or future hiring requirements, we can provide initial list to get you started. Enter contact and details into relevant CRM system as you progress. The process usually consists of talking to person responsible for hiring in a company, outlining the services we provide and follow up with a summary email. Note this is not a hard sell operation, we are mindful of maintaining a good reputation. 


  • You must be prepared to set up as a sole trader (we can provide you with assistance in this) or have similar business entity. 
  • Provide us with an invoice us for your weekly hours
  • Own laptop, home broadband and mobile phone – some expenses will be covered by us
  • Some previous experience in successful business to business lead generation and/or sales  e.g. call centre
  • Good clear communication skills – both writing skills and telephone manner
  • High level of quality customer service skills
  • Polite and pleasant manner in all dealings with prospects

Basic hourly rate plus a commission on quality leads that convert to customers.



Ideally located in the Midlands – Offaly, Westmeath, Longford or Laois
