Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with a proven track record of working across multiple sectors and markets, including but not limited to Pharma, healthcare, engineering & manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have exceptional skills in technical sourcing, a deep understanding of various industries, and the ability to identify and attract top-tier talent. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage the full recruitment cycle and build strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Sourcing:
○ Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage with potential candidates across various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking events).
○ Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality technical talent.

2. Recruitment Process Management:
○ Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
○ Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure a strong fit with client requirements.
○ Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

3. Collaboration and Teamwork:
○ Work closely with internal teams to share knowledge and best practices.
○ Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement
initiatives.

Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
● Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on technical sourcing.
● Proven success in recruiting across multiple sectors, including pharma, engineering, healthcare, and manufacturing.

● Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to effectively evaluate technical skills and competencies.
● Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
● Expertise in Boolean search techniques and writing to enhance candidate sourcing.
● Professional certification in recruitment is a plus.
