On behalf of our client based in the public health sector, we are now recruiting for social care workers based in North Dublin. These roles are on a temporary basis and remuneration is reflected on the national salary scale for this position.
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver quality service adhering to professional, national, and local standards.
- Work within current legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Promote recovery principles and values in service delivery.
- Treat service users with dignity, respect, and promote their rights.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate care and treatment plans as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Support service users' needs, including nutrition, personal care, and document management.
- Collaborate with families, other agencies, and attend relevant meetings.
- Participate in crisis management and ensure the safety and well-being of service users.
- Engage in professional development, training, and reflective practice.
- Comply with health and safety regulations, and report risks or incidents.
- Promote a culture of diversity, respect, and sustainable practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure confidentiality.
- Assist in the administration and day-to-day operations of the service.
- Participate in team meetings and report to management on service delivery.
- Cooperate with external monitoring, statutory inspections, and implement recommendations.

Pay: €38,451.00-€51,909.00 per year
