About the Role

As a Controls Electrician, you will play a vital role in the successful installation, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC systems. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and reliability of our services, ensuring that we meet the highest standards in every project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet project deadlines: Complete site work and reports promptly, ensuring all tasks are finished on time.
  • Work independently and proactively: Take initiative in your role, identifying and generating your own work opportunities.
  • Client-focused service: Build strong relationships with clients and deliver high-quality service, consistently meeting their needs.
  • Effective communication: Clearly communicate with customers and peers, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Adhere to safety standards: Follow site rules and Health & Safety policies to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Maintain procedures: Uphold company and contract processes, ensuring all work is completed in line with established guidelines.
  • Support controls-related issues: Provide expert support for engineering, callouts, and PPMs, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Timely reporting: Ensure engineers' reports are accurate, detailed, and submitted on time, providing valuable insights for all parties.

Candidate Profile

  • Electrical qualifications: Electrically qualified with a strong foundation in HVAC systems.
  • Relevant experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar roles, with a proven ability to manage controls and systems.
  • Team player: Collaborative with good time management and communication skills, and a positive attitude.
  • IT proficiency: Competent in using IT tools to support your work and reporting.
