Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the products offered to assist customers with their inquiries and make informed recommendations.
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products, ensuring a positive experience.
- Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and process payments.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining shop displays and ensure that all is well-organized.
- Participate in stock-taking activities, monitor inventory levels, and report discrepancies.
- Work towards sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the store.
- Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and safe at all times.
- Gather and report customer feedback to management to help improve products and services.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth store operations
- Engage in ongoing training to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
