Key Responsibilities:

• Assist experienced carpenters in various carpentry task
• Learn how to properly use and maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are kept in good working condition.
• Help with the selection, measurement, and cutting of materials, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
• Support the team in completing carpentry projects.
• Prepare job sites for carpentry work, including setting up and cleaning up materials and tools.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
• Learn to interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical instructions to assist in carpentry tasks.
• Assist in checking the quality of completed work to ensure it meets the required standards and specifications.
• Work with your team to identify and solve any issues that arise during carpentry projects.
• Take advantage of training opportunities and seek feedback from mentors to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
