Sales / Customer Service Representative

NIS Ltd are an Award-Winning Midland based IT Company with Over 24 Years Experience. We are a Leading Supplier of IT Services and Products Throughout Ireland. At NIS we specialise in providing top-notch IT services to our clients. We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Sales/Customer Service Representative. This is a full- time, onsite position.

Responsibilities

·       Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls

·       Create helpdesk tickets and manage engineer schedule (shared task)

·       Deal effectively and efficiently with the varying needs of our customers.

·       Process customer orders and ensure effective management of Stock.

·       Create orders with suppliers.

·       Interact and respond to online customer queries and messages

·       Accept and complete Tender applications

·       Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

·       Familiarity with customer support processes and systems

·       Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

·       Build sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication

·       Generate sales leads and follow up with potential clients

·        Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the schedule

Qualifications / Experience

·       Familiarity of the IT Sector beneficial

·       Ability to interact with a wide range of customers and to adapt/respond appropriately

·       Excellent communication, organisational and presentation skills

·       Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively is essential

·       Strong capacity to work on own initiative and equally as a team member

·       Knowledge of Sage 50 Cloud useful but not essential

·       Experience of Microsoft 365 platform / Teams / SharePoint beneficial but not essential

·       Experience in a similar environment preferable
