Full Time Barista - Fully Flexible

At Willow & Co Coffee Drive Thru, our baristas are more than just coffee experts—they are the heart of our customers’ daily experience. As a barista, you’ll craft delicious, high-quality beverages while creating genuine connections with every customer. You’ll be part of a supportive team that fosters a warm and welcoming environment. 

Availability: Must be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings. Approx time 6am to 3pm.

Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and engaging customer service.
• Take accurate orders and prepare handcrafted beverages.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive atmosphere.
• Anticipate customer needs and ensure a smooth experience.
• Adhere to food safety and quality standards.
• Handle cash and operate the register efficiently.
• Arrive on time and maintain consistent attendance.
• Remain calm and professional in an extremely fast-paced environment.
