Job Description

Experienced Financial Advisor who specialises in Protection

Excellent opportunity for a suitably experienced and ambitious Qualified Financial Advisor to join our expanding Award winning Brokerage Team in Mullingar with the flexibility of remote working and visiting our Mullingar office 2 - 3 days a week.

The successful candidate will play a key role within our Team and ideally will currently be working in either a client facing role in either a Brokerage or Retail Bank environment.

About You:

  • Proven customer service skills in the industry
  • Attention to detail and the ability to think quickly
  • Able to build positive relationships with both customers and co-workers and work as part of a Team
  • Be able to demonstrate and communicate market leading product knowledge in the area of Protection, Savings & Investments (we do not provide Pension advice)
  • Excellent numeric, written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient with all elements of Microsoft 365
  • The ability to work unsupervised and be self-motivated
  • Must have fluent English

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assess Customers suitability in relation to various Protection Providers criteria
  • Confidently interact with Customers and explain and advise them in relation to their Protection options
  • Have experience of all areas of Protection and be able to discuss different types of products in an efficient and compliant manner
  • Be fully compliant with all regulatory requirements
  • Have flexibility to meet customers on & 'off-site' and virtually if and when required

 

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 3yrs+ current work experience in relation to providing Protection advice and submitting applications, either in another Brokerage or Retail Bank
  • QFA or relevant industry qualifications essential and have full CPD Record  
  • We are happy to support continued education within the industry
