Job Description
Our client, a Main Contractor are looking to hire an MEP Lead with a strong electrical background to oversee the MEP aspects of a Data Centre in Co. Louth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead MEP coordination with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Oversee electrical systems design, installation, and integration with MEP services.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Conduct quality control inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with site teams to optimize MEP installation efficiency.
- Provide leadership to MEP teams, subcontractors, and consultants.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a trade background.
- Proven experience in MEP leadership roles within construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-discipline teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
