On behalf of our client, we are currently recruiting a Management Accountant in Dundalk.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all company reports are issued in accordance with deadlines – weekly/monthly variance reports, productivity, key cost controls, financial data
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and monthly consolidated reports, detailed variance analysis and commentary on budget
  • Process and maintain ledgers in Zoho books
  • Providing planning and cost controlling support for all projects
  • Preparation of budgets and forecasts
  • Review and analysis of overhead spend and forecast of future spend
  • Develop and build management dashboards and KPI reports in Zoho books as the business expands and develops
  • Preparation and filing of VAT returns
  • Ad-hoc process improvements and systems projects

Skills required:

  • Qualified accountant with 3+ years industry experience will be considered
  • Experience in using an ERP/ accounts software package preferably Zoho Books
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Must be able to work effectively both as part of a team and individually.
  • Competent in IT, MS Office including medium to advanced Excel ability with strong analytical capability.
  • Ability to work on their own initiative with a focus on process and system improvements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €50,000.00-€55,000.00 per year
