Sales Manager

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join their expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in showroom, on-site, or via scheduled appointments.
• Secure product specifications with architects.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records and report sales activity.
• Prepare detailed and accurate quotations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage and grow sales via social media.

Qualifications:

• Minimum three years in sales, with a proven track record.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite; fluent in written and spoken English.
• Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven.
• Full, clean driving license.

Desirable:

• Construction or architectural sales experience.
• Construction-related degree.
• Ability to complete site surveys.
• Experience in Alu-clad window and door sales.
