Job Description
Handyman wanted.
Approx 16 hours a week. Max 20 hours.
Main duty: external property maintenance which includes but not limited to weeding, pruning, leaf removal, power hosing, decluttering etc
Other duties: organise access to rental properties for maintenance/upkeep, handover of property keys.
Minor DIY such as furniture movement, changing of light bulbs, hanging signage etc
Experience in garden maintenance essential. Must have own transport. Good with people, flexible, email access.
